Make the plan with your AI. Kondi gets it onto your phone and Apple Watch.
Your training plan already exists in a chat window. This is the part that puts it on your wrist, and brings the run back.
The phone-to-Watch loop works today. Cloud workspace sync is in private testing, and Claude can read and revise plans once you approve that access separately. ChatGPT support is planned.
The loop we are building
-
You make the plan with your AI.
Make a plan in the AI you already use. Today, you can import a plan by hand, or let Claude write your queue of sessions after you agree to its access. Claude's changes reach your Watch on the iPhone's next sync.
-
The run appears on your watch.
Each session shows up in the Workout app on your Apple Watch, with intervals and pace alerts ready. Start it and go.
-
What happened comes back.
Apple records the run in Apple Health, and the phone shows your history. A connected AI can use only the categories you explicitly approve for that provider to help revise your plan.
How your AI connects
Claude can connect to Kondi. A connection that only checks status cannot read anything; letting Claude read your plan and summary progress, or replace your plan, is a separate approval that names Claude and the exact categories.
-
It works over MCP.
The Model Context Protocol is the standard way an AI app talks to tools outside itself. Kondi supports Claude over MCP, either status-only or with your approved plan and progress access. ChatGPT support is planned and will need its own approval.
-
Plan sharing is its own approval.
Approving it lets Claude read and change your queue of upcoming sessions, and read what happened: the sessions you completed or skipped, your notes and skip reasons, and up to twelve weeks of summaries of your runs and other workouts your plan asks for, with their date, duration and distance. Heart rate, pace within a run, splits and the time of day you ran are shared only if the page you agree on also names your recorded workouts; your route never is. Claude's changes reach your Watch on the iPhone's next sync. Storage stays a separate choice, and you can disconnect at any time.
Why it works this way
-
Your AI is the coach.
Kondi holds no opinion about training. It does not rewrite your plan or nudge you. It carries the plan out and reports back honestly.
-
Apple Health holds the original workout.
With the current storage choice and an activated iPhone, workspace sync can keep an opt-in cloud copy of your plan, summary-only progress, notes you write, account timezone and minimal run summaries. Recorded workout detail will need a separate storage choice; sharing with an AI will need another approval naming that provider. The privacy policy explains what each choice covers and what remains after a workout deletion.
-
A plan is a text file.
You can read it, keep a copy, and hand it to a different AI tomorrow. There is nothing to export, because it was never locked up.
-
Nothing else.
No feed, no streaks, no badges, no leaderboard. One plan, and the next run.
