Built while running
Kondi is a hobby project, and most of it gets made on the move. Not planned on a run and written up later — actually built, out on the road, while running.
The setup
Three parts, none of them clever. Wispr Flow turns talking into text on the phone. That text goes to an AI coding agent that has the repository. The agent reads the code, makes the change, runs the tests and pushes it.
There is no laptop involved, and no step where any of it gets retyped.
Why it works
Running is good thinking time and terrible typing time. Nearly every decision worth making about an app this size is one you can make out loud: what a page should say, what to leave out, whether an idea is worth doing at all. Those are the expensive decisions. The typing is not the expensive part.
What it is bad at
Dictation is poor when you are out of breath. A fair share of what gets sent arrives garbled, and the agent has to work out the intent or ask. Asking turns out to be most of the trick — a wrong guess costs more than a question.
Anything visual waits. Layout, spacing and colour need a screen, and no amount of talking replaces looking at the thing.
Why it is on this website
Kondi exists because a plan you worked out by talking to an AI should not have to be retyped before it is any use to you. This page is the same idea, pointed at the app instead of the training.
This page was dictated on a run.
