Terms of Service

Last updated 21 October 2026

These terms govern your use of Kondi, a service operated by Brian Kyed. By using Kondi, you agree to these terms. If you have questions, contact privacy@getkondi.com.

The service

Kondi helps you maintain training plans, schedule structured workouts to supported Apple devices and view training history on your phone. With your separate choices, it can also store a minimal cloud copy of that workbook and let a named AI provider read and revise your plan. Storage and AI sharing are always separate choices, described in the Privacy Policy. The service is under active development and may change.

Not medical advice

Kondi, its training plans and any AI-generated output are not medical advice and are not a substitute for a qualified healthcare or coaching professional.

Exercise involves risk. You are responsible for deciding whether a workout is suitable for you and for stopping if you feel pain, dizziness or illness. Seek professional advice before beginning or changing a training program when appropriate.

Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep access to your Apple or Google sign-in account secure, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law says otherwise.

Your data and content

You retain ownership of the goals, plans, notes, workouts and other content you provide. You give Kondi the limited permission needed to store, process, display and transmit that content solely to operate and improve the features you choose to use. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Connected services and AI output

Apple, Google and AI providers are independent services with their own terms. You are responsible for choosing which services to connect and reviewing changes proposed by an AI before relying on them. AI-generated plans and analysis may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for your circumstances.

Acceptable use

You may not use Kondi to:

Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may be changed, suspended or discontinued. Where practical, we will provide notice before a material change that negatively affects existing users.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using Kondi at any time and request deletion of your account. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, comply with law, or address a serious or repeated breach of these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Kondi is provided “as is” and without implied warranties. We are not responsible for decisions made from a training plan, AI output, device measurement or third-party service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law. If you are a consumer, you retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring a claim available under the laws of your country of residence. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service develops. We will post the updated version here and change the date above. If a material change requires your agreement, we will ask for it before the change applies to you.
